no coffee facilities

well, I was truly expecting luxury but got basic amenities instead. No coffee facilities? Really disappointing. I also expected at least a complimentary bottle of water to soothe my patience, but clearly, that was too much to ask.

The hotel's location is a big plus, just a short stroll away from Avenida da Liberdade. We enjoyed relaxing breakfasts with fresh orange juice and the famous pasteis da nata. Having a few couples with us made It more joyful experiencing the vibrant, local atmosphere together.

My wife says that the extraction fan in the bathroom was ineffective, which made things a bit tricky after showers.

i absolutely loved my stay here! the staff were super friendly and welcoming, i felt right at home. Location is unbeatable, so close to everything, and 15 mins to the airport by taxi. my room was very clean, comfy bed and nice bathroom. can't wait to come back!

the only complaint is that it would be great if there was a kettle in the room. also, the shower flooded a bit because the door wouldn't close right.
